Computer classes are 4 – 6 weeks and meet 1 to 2 days a week.

Check the class you would like to attend and submit below. Someone will contact you about the class schedule.

Computer Basics: Have very little or no computer skills. Will learn devices parts and computer log on and off, mouse skills, keyboard and screen interactions, and customizing and updates.

Beyond Basics: Windows 10, finding and opening windows. Must have computer basics skills.

Internet and Email: Learn the internet address bar navigation, how to save favorites, find, print, zoom in and out, and safety search the internet. Send, receive, and reply to emails and attachments.

Microsoft Word (Introduction): Learn the basics of setting up a document, formatting text, copy, cut and paste, inserting a table and bullets and alignments. Participants must have beyond the basic skills of windows operating system.

Microsoft Excel (Introduction): Learn the basics of the workbook, worksheet, formular and functions. Participants must have beyond the basic skills of windows operating system.

Microsoft PowerPoint (Introduction): Learn how to format text, pictures, text boxes, edit slides, slide transitions, animations, saving and printing slides. Participants must have beyond the basic skills of windows operating system.

Google Platform: Learn how to navigate and manage your Gmail, create a basic file in google docs, download and upload google drive. Participants must have basic Internet skills.

Other – advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access upon request. The class will require a minimum of 5 participates. Prerequisites: Must have taken the introduction courses, or pass the basic assessments prior to taking these courses.
